I believe that we release tension and feel greater mobility and vitality when our muscles are invited and allowed to relax rather than forcefully manipulated. My philosophy and technique have been influenced by Dr. Milton Trager's work and I have received training in his approach.

I was drawn to this work after my mother was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. This gentle approach helped her to feel lighter and improved her range of motion.
